The Creative CoSpaces Curriculum (for teachers of students 9-13 years)
This curriculum for CoSpaces Edu contains lesson plans and student guides for 6 creative projects over 12 lessons (3 optional lessons), covering world creation, coding, animation, game design, and story-telling:

- Code a Treasure hunt - find treasure through clicking and colliding
- Add a virtual tour/roller coaster to your fantasy world
- Tell a Story
- Code & Animate characters/props
- Turn into Animation
- Design a building

- Make Rube Goldberg machine with Physics

- Add obstacles - Culture Quiz & Info
- Make an e-Card for Someone
You can use it with younger/older students, but it may require more adaptation. It covers the following computer science coding concepts:
- Loops
- Events
- Variables
- Conditionals
Curriculum Goals
- Play - having fun, being silly, trying things out
- Connection - creating meaningful connections with each other, and our cultures
- Identity - celebrating cultures, shared values & experiences
- Build Skills & Self-belief - developing confident, thoughtful, and skilled coders/creators; feeling pride in their creations/achievements
Approach
- Assume zero coding knowledge

- Age differentiation through context and delivery (tone, language)

Lesson Plan Structure
Each lesson plan contains detailed information and steps under these headings:
- Lesson Objectives - a list of the skills, knowledge, and outcomes that students should experience by the end of the lesson
- Preparation - all the steps needed for a successful lesson
- Lesson Sequence - step-by-step guidance, with timings, for running the different parts of the lesson with students
